You don’t need to have any technical know-how to get your vivi system up and running. The phones will be pre-configured prior to delivery and just need to be connected to your local network (via a router or switch) and within a few minutes they will be ready to make and receive calls.
If you would prefer to opt for mobile extensions, you wont even need any hardware – we will just send you a QR code to scan and your new phone system will be instantly deployed to your staff and will be connected to your new cloud phone system.
We will ensure that your new phone system is set up to your exact requirements, adding features such as IVR auto attendant call menus, custom call flows, voicemail to email, time based call routing, all prior to dispatch so you will be ready to use the system immediately.
Of course, no set up is set in stone either, when you need to tweak anything you have access to your online system manager to make any live changes at anytime (or you can give us a call and we can make any changes for you too!)
You can purchase as many users (lines or extensions) as you need, and have the ability to add more instantly whenever you need to. You also have the freedom to choose your contract length, starting from just a 30-day commitment.
