Inbound Call Management

Our phone systems are packed full of features that create efficient ways of handling incoming patient calls. You will be able to provide options for patients to choose from to filter calls into correct departments, provide call queuing (first in first out methodology) and you can also add messages which can be played whilst calls are connected to give patients information about the surgery or health notices whilst waiting in the queue.

Time-based call routing also means that calls will be handled differently depending on the time of day or day that the inbound calls are received. This gives you options to provide callers with out-of-hours healthcare information.
