Call queuing ensures that your caller never hear an engaged tone, instead they are placed in a queue to wait to speak to you. They can also be given the option to leave a message for someone to call them back if they would prefer no to wait.

You can assign any number of extensions to ring when your telephone number is dialled or a department is chosen. You can also have up to 5 external numbers (landline or mobile) ring simultaneously, to ensure that you always have the ability to answer a call wherever you are.
