Can I keep (port) my existing number?

Yes, we can arrange to port in your existing number from your current provider – a bit like porting your mobile number to another network.

You just need to make sure that you don't have any outstanding contractual obligations with your current supplier.

We take complete control of the porting process, and it doesnt cost you anything to move.  Once the number has been moved you will just be charged £2.50 per month per number.

Number porting takes around 14 days under normal circumstances. When the telephone number successfully completes the porting process, your telephone line will terminate at the socket, and BT will reroute the number to vivi®.

BT always sit in the middle and always actually hold the number, so if you ever wanted to move away then you'd be free to do so.
