Our simple to use customer portal provides access to an essential range of enterprise level products and services designed to simplify the running of your communications.  Services available include the following-

 
  • System editor – change your telephone system setup in real time

  • Live billing – view live calls made for each user

  • Inbound call stats – view inbound call statistics and analysis per telephone number

  • Outbound call stats – View outbound call statistics and analysis per user

  • Direct Debit setup – setup or update your direct debit details

  • View and pay invoices - view all of your invoices and pay online

  • Call recording – search for recorded calls and manage your call recordings

  • Quick divert – quickly add a mobile or landline number and divert your calls

  • Temporary close – close your phone system early

  • Handset manager – enterprise level auto provisioning and handset management for our own brand, Grandstream and Yealink handsets

  • Phone book manager – easily and quickly import or build your online phonebook and send it to all of your handsets

  • Speed dial / busy light manager – control the busy lights and speed dials on your handsets without ever having to log in to the phone or doing anything technical

  • Voicemail manager – manage your voicemail inboxes and clear voicemails
